- Community Care Access Centre
Provides in home assistance from a personal care worker, nursing, speech therapy, occupational and physiotherapy. 14 local offices across Ontario call 310 – 2222 to find your local office (no area code is needed for this call). - ConnectABILITY
A virtual community dedicated to lifelong learning and support for people who have an intellectual disability. - Ontario Early Years Centres
Provides services and programs for parents of children up to the age of six. - Parenting and Family Literacy Centres
Free, school-based programs for parents, grandparents and caregivers with children up to six years old. - Respite Services
A family support service that provides temporary relief from the physical and emotional demands involved in caring for a child with a developmental and/or physical disability. - Toronto Catholic District School Board
Provides services for school-age children who have communication delays or disorders with consultation and direct support for parents/guardians and teachers. - Toronto District School Board
Provides services for school-age children who have communication delays or disorders with consultation and direct support for parents/guardians and teachers. - Toronto Children’s Services Information on child care services, family resource centres, and services for children with special needs.
