Strategic plan 2006 - 2011
Since its inception in September, 1998, Toronto Preschool Speech and Language Services (TPSLS) has developed an integrated system of service providers to deliver the speech and language program for children from birth to Senior Kindergarten entry in the City of Toronto.
Toronto Public Health, the lead agency for TPSLS provides leadership, direction and coordination for the system. TPSLS continues to rely on the support of all our community partners and participating agencies to achieve the goals of the Strategic Plan which include:
